Submitting a Request
Right-to-Know requests may be submitted by email, mail, or in person. Please use the Pennsylvania Standard Right-to-Know Request Form (PDF available below).
Response Time
The Borough will respond to requests within five (5) business days of receipt. An extension of time may be required as permitted by law.
Appeals
If a request is denied, an appeal may be filed with the Pennsylvania Office of Open Records at https://www.openrecords.pa.gov. Appeals must be filed within 15 business days of the mailing date of the Borough’s response.
